If I am applying to both NYMC and Tulane, will I have to CASper twice and the questions will be different each, or that I only have to take it once and it stays on my record for schools to see?

You take it once per application cycle and can send it to more than one school. It’s $10 to take the test and $10 for each school you send it to.
