I was advised to take this year off after college to do a postbac program and so I am currently at UMDNJ-GSBS getting a Masters in a year. Scgpa 3.2 (bs neurosci, ba bio from brandeis university) MCAT 32Q so I'm obviously doing this to boost my gpa. I know it's terribly late to apply but would it be in my best interest to wait to have the grades from this program before applying? I was able to take the 1st yr biochem class w the md students and scored above avg on every test and now waiting for the bchm shelf exam results. Would I have a fighting chance at getting an interview if I applied today? I haven't submitted AMCAS due to my undergrad advisors recommendation so I need to know asap. Thank you in advance for your time
