I'm having a bit of trouble with the clock function on UWorld CCS. When I send the patient home, I make an appointment for 7 days later. Then I advance the clock to 7 days later and sometimes it asks me if I want to make an appointment for the patient. What happened to my original appointment?

Then I advance the clock to 7 days later and it pops up ALL the reports and everything each day at a time then finally says "patient has arrived for his appointment". Am I doing this all wrong? What am I missing?

it might be a glitch in the software.

Try doing what I did : .. (office case) >> change location to home & put follow up for 3-4 days for lab results to come up (they come back within this time frame unless you did a blood culture which takes 5 days in CCS for result. Once follow up date is done .. go to clock screen and click "see/call me as needed" .. this will auto advance the clock UNTIL you select the "stop clock now" option on the tab that pops up everytime you click "advance clock" .. keep advancing until all your results pop up and/or your patient comes back..whichever happens first. Even if the tests were routine, they should be back within this time frame.
