Hi there,
I am having some difficulty understanding immunology concepts. So, if there is an obligate intracellular bacteria like chlamydia, is it killed by CD4 or CD8 predominantly? I would think CD8, but I am not too sure. The reason I am asking this question is TB seems to be mostly killed through a CD4 response even though it is an intracellular organism. Thanks so much!
