I'm wondering if a ROL can be changed after it is certified but before the Certification deadline. I know the chances of receiving any new interviews is slim to none, but I just want to know whether certifying closes the door on adding the hail mary pass invites.

Yeah, you can change a ROL but don't forget to re-certify it!
