Has anyone ever had their Certiphi questions changed in the period of time when you have to submit the form?
What I mean is that I received an e-mail very early on after being offered an acceptance to pharmacy school. I opened up the Certiphi website and began starting my application, however, there was a list where I had to input my former addresses. I then had to search for the list of addreses and places I used to live. This is where I had exit the application, thinking that I would later be able to resume it. I needed some time to research my old addresses (perhaps dating back to 20+ years ago!).
After a week passed by, I received another e-mail reminding me that I have not submitted the background check yet. So thus, I tried logging on again, and to my surprise, that "list of address" section (plus other questions that maybe were once there) were gone. It just gave me one page to fill out with my name, current permanent address, phone, and e-mail.
Strange, has this happened to anyone? Does Certiphi not need that info anymore? 😕
