Hi! I'd love some advice...here are my stats:

GPA and MCAT as in the thread title (125, 125, 126, 125)
white male from Kansas
good ECs with lots of leadership
triple major (biology, chemistry and Spanish) graduating in four years
Bilingual (English/Spanish)

I'm guessing DO would be my best or only realistic option (hopefully), given my MCAT, and maybe KU?

Thanks for any thoughts about which schools might give me a shot!

The 10th% for KU is a 24. You have about a 25.
That's your best bet for MD.

Thanks Gyngyn. I'm not sure if it matters much and perhaps I'm wrong, but I thought that based on the percentiles on the AMCAS website a 501 (54th percentile) was more translatable to a 26.

Actually, according to the charts posted here, it's at the top of 25. And that's what gyngyn said.

Some of the newer MD schools may be worth applying to such as Quinnipiac, Oakland Beaumont and Western Michigan. DO should be your main focus and apply broadly to at least 10 schools.
