cGPA 3.9 and MCAT 30, where should I apply?

I want to be in a city (or close to a city) and stay on the east coast. Any recommendations where to apply?

I have been using MSAR, I just wanted to see what people would recommend.

All of the philly schools (minus UPenn). New York Medical College is relatively close to NYC, about 45 minutes by train. Albany Medical College is kind of close to NYC and Boston. And finally mid tiers like GWU/Georgetown, Tufts, BU. Maybe throw in Einstein as well. City schools of any tier might get a bump for difficulty due to their location.
