Chad's Video Problem

My chad's video does not work. I tried to talk to Coursesaver. They are not that helpful. I pretty much tried everything I can do, such as redownloading adobe, trying on different browsers, allowing the flash. Still doesn't work. I use OS macbook air. It played fine on microsoft devices but I need my macbook to play the chad's video.

Just out of curiosity, is anybody watching chad's video on their Apple devices?
