Chad's video: "STREAM NOT FOUND"

while I was watching one of the videos, the video stopped suddenly out of the blue and a black screen popped up with a note saying "Stream not found: blah blah blah".

I refreshed, restarted my comp, signed out signed back in, and still did that. I tried watching the video on my iphone, then on my ipad, then on android, but didn't work on any of them either...

has this happend to anyone else?

if so, how'd u fix it 🙁

Their support section shows people having same problem. I'm also having a similar problem. You can only wait for them to fix I suppose.

I am very sorry, we had the main server crash a couple nights ago for the first time in years, the result was a corrupt kernel (the file that controls the server) it was restarted with an older version which caused some problems with Java and the streaming server. We relocated all users to the other server but a command I ran tonight accidentally deleted all video files on the server. They are being copied back over from the main server, and we are replacing the main server in the next couple days.

Unfortunately this is happening during WREB (final clinical exam before graduation) and I have limited time to handle it myself though I have a great backup staff helping. We will get things back to normal as quickly as possible, I am very very sorry and we are planning on extending everyone's subscription for a week to compensate for any hardship incurred.

I am posting this here since some people are having trouble getting on the site while the remote synchronization is happening, at least they can get the info here 🙂
