We have h(t)=30sin(πt/6).
Let u=πt/6
Thus, h(u)=30sin(u).
Chain rule is (dh/dt)=(dh/du)*(du/dt)
dh/du=30cos(u)
du/dt=π/6
(dh/dt)=(dh/du)*(du/dt)=30π/6cos(u)=5πcos(u)
Replacing "u", we have 5πcos(πt/6)

EDIT: Oops. I was too late.
