Hi! I'm having some trouble coming up with an idea for the challenge/adversity prompt, and I'm not sure whether the idea I tentatively have is decent.

I was in a non-fatal car accident when I was little, but it caused a years-long phobia of driving on freeways, which especially became a problem when I got into a research lab I was interested in that required significant driving to get to.

I know it might seem kind of silly, but I'm really proud of the way I ended up getting over it- I broke the phobia down into specifics, came up with a schedule and plan, and exposed myself to my fear and I feel like I can use the system I came up with to tackle any problem I have in the future.

I've been lucky in my life to not have a really obvious, significant adversity, and so far this is the idea I've come up with this. Is this ok or should I keep digging?

Edit: another possibility would be discussing how I used to be really shy, and how I got over that. I do have a lot of tutoring volunteering, so I think there's 'evidence' that it's not a problem anymore, but I'm worried they might think I'm awkward or something.

Thanks for any feedback!

It sounds okay to me, any other options?

Thanks! I edited the post to include another option, which is how I got over being shy. But I don't know if that really better?
in comparison, I think the first one is better. You should choose the one that you relate to the most.
