Chance Me- 3.39 sGPA/3.58 cGPA, 511 MCAT, white female from California

I have a 3.39 Science GPA, a 3.58 cGPA, with an upward trend near the end and the low GPA is partly due to some mental health issues during the first two years of college. I have a MCAT of 511 with 125/127/127/132- What are my chances at an MD school?
