Your numbers are lethal for both MD and DO, and I can't recommend even thinking of applying because you have yet to demonstrate that you can survive med school.

No med school will be doing you any favors by admitting you when you are at such high risk for failing out.

You could try your 2 state schools and Meharry, Morehouse and Howard. You may have a chance for an interview at some of the newer DO schools such as:
ACOM
ARCOM
BCOM
WCU-COM
LMU-DCOM
UP-KYCOM
WVSOM
LUCOM
UIWSOM
VCOM ( all 3 schools)
NYIT (Arkansas)
RVU-Utah
any new schools that open for 2018.
Your MCAT is near the median for most of these DO schools though your GPA is well below the median for all of them.

I would have to agree with BurghStudent. Doing well (3.5+) in a post bac/SMP would benefit your application. I also think increasing your clinical exposure is a necessity, especially working directly with a physician or shadowing.

I was accepted (MD) this cycle as an URM. I completed a Masters program with a 3.4 GPA and obtained a 501 on the MCAT.

PM if you have more questions.
