You really didn't need an SMP with that GPA but now that you aced it, you really are set.
Yes, your GPA is low for MD/PhD programs, but about 20% of MD/PhD matriculants had GPA in that 3.5-3.6 range. And you have the type of resume that will attract attention and can get in despite a lower GPA. No guarantees but I think MD/PhD might be worth a stab.
MD only wise, you can aim pretty damn high.
Start with your state schools. Might be worthwhile to add a fewer lower tiers with higher MCAT medians. Tufts, Saint Louis, Miami, Tulane, Jefferson come to mind. Throw in about a half dozen or so medium tiers. Rochester, Einstein, USC, Emory, Hofstra, Case Western, UVA, Ohio State come to mind.
The rest really just start firing away at reaches.
For MD/PhD programs I'm not particularly well versed but your state program and some medium and lower tier options might be a good call and you could probably throw in a couple reaches as well.
