Chances for MD/DO and school list?

Hello everyone, I will be applying next cycle. I would love to hear some advice on my chances and list of schools.
Undergrad: Top 30 school with strong science department
Traditional
Major: Double Major in Nueroscience and Biology Minor: Philosophy
cGPA: 3.42 sGPA:3.31 (upward trend in last 2 years)
MCAT: 514
State of Residence: Massachusetts
ECs:
Bench research experience 250+hours (no thesis though)
Shadowing 80+ hours (I shadowed doctors in US and Europe)
Clinical volunteering 150+hours
Nonclinical volunteering 50+hours
Leadership positions of 2 clubs for 2 years
Student Newspaper writer/photographer for 3 semesters
Student ambassador/tour guide for 2 years

I'll be applying to both MD and DO schools. Do I have a decent chance at low-tier med schools?

Also apply to at least 6 DO schools and include UNECOM.

@Goro @Faha Thank you for the extensive list! I guess I'll be applying to 20+ MD schools. I want to apply to about 10 DO schools to be safe. What are some DO schools that I should look into? University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine is the closest DO school from my home I think.

LECOM (both), but are you OK with mandatory lecture attendance and dress codes?
