Chances of acceptance from alterrnate list

Hi,

Does anybody has an idea about the chances of getting accepted from the alternate list? I got the response from UPEN that they have put me in the alternate list for the admission of 2011.

I will appreciate the response.

What that means is that you are a strong candidate and will be called when someone either drops off or if they haven't filled out all the seats.
