Chances?

Hey guys, gonna post my stats, tell me what you think:

cGPA: 3.28
sGPA: 3.2
MCAT: 26P (10BS, 9PS, 7VR )
ECs: ~150 hours volunteering ER, ~50 hours shadowing
LoRs: 1 MD, 1 DO, 1 science prof, 1 non-science prof, 1 head of volunteer program at hospital
Residence: CA

Schools:
Pretty much every west coast DO school (dream school would be Western, Pomona, CA) and UCR (threw this MD school in because I got a letter from a faculty member for the new med school, so might as well give it a shot).

My biggest concern is whether I should retake the MCAT or not. I certainly expected a higher score, but the verbal section killed me. Be brutally honest in your opinion, thanks.

Decent chance at DO. Do not retake the mcat if you are not scoring 30+ consistently.

average is around a 3.5/27 now. You're below average, but you have a fighting chance.

California DO programs are more selective. Have you considered retaking some lower grades to take advantage of the DO grade replacement policy?
