Changes in the NBDE 1 ?

Hey fellow dental ppl

I had failed NBDE and had felt very discourage with it. I would like to know if the NBDE 1 had change much since the last time that I had taken it which was like a year ago. At that time, they had added cases + case questions. If there was changes, what are they?
