Changing career from retail to clinical

I have zero experience with hospital pharmacy and am looking to make a career change from retail. Can anyone give me their reasons/desires to work as a clinical pharmacist?

Yes, of course I will share. I have a strong desire to work more closely with physicians, nurses and pas in the role of drug information specialist. I would like to obtain additional training to identify exactly what field might interest me. Not having hospital experience, I haven't been exposed to what a clinical pharmacist does on a daily basis.
