Chapel Hill apartment reviews...

I was wondering if anyone knows anything about "Chapel View apartments" in Chapel Hill. I looked at the website and the apartments themselves seem like a good deal, but when I googled some reviews, I found a page with good and bad. Also, one of the posting said that the "good" reviews were fake & posted by Chapel View apartments themselves so I'm not sure what to believe.
