Cheapest Preceptorship for foreign trained dentist

Hello everyone
I'm in a hard situation.


Can anyone help me with a cheap preceptorship or non-founded research position which sponsor F-1 visa?
I rather it be in Orthodontics field, but anything is ok.
I have my documents ready, TOEFL score is taken 2 years and 1 months ago (105). ECE evaluation is ready.
I have a very strong research background (+40), with a focus on digital dentistry, and Artificial intelligence.

Please help me if you can, I am in a hurry.
