Check your U Cincinnati Status page!

I know I am probably making a big deal out of nothing, but I just checked my U Cinci status page, and it's weird!! My Name is not there and all possible entries appear:

(i.e.Your application has been reviewed..., Our records show that you withdrew on ..., We regret to inform you ..., Congratulations! You have been accepted. A letter was sent on ...., We received your confirmation for placement on our alternate list on ., Our records show that you withdrew on .)

They are all form messages and do not have dates on them. I am currently on their alternate list and the status page previously reflected this correctly. Please let me know if this should be cause for alarm. They're probably fixing/updating the status pages, but just thought I'd bring it your guys's attn. If it persists, I'll prob give them a call.

it's weird, if you go through from this site: <a href="http://comdows.med.uc.edu/OnlineApp/Appchoicesmain.htm," target="_blank">http://comdows.med.uc.edu/OnlineApp/Appchoicesmain.htm,</a> it will work. But when I access it through my bookmark, the "error" of showing ALL messages comes up.

So I checked the UC status page and it says something along the lines of: Your application has been reviewed but no final decision has been made. We will continue to review applications in the coming months.

So...does that pretty much mean I've been wait/alternate listed?

Did anyone else get a message like this?

Mine is working fine. It only lists the date my file was complete, the date of my interview, and the date the acceptance letter was mailed out (today).

No, it does not mean that you were waitlisted or put on the alternate list. It means that your application has not gone to the committee and has not been reviewed. Last year after my interview, my status page said that until 6 weeks after my interview, they decided to accept me. Hope you get the good news soon!!

So, i read that UC responded after 4-6 weeks after the interviews last year. I dunno if they really got organized or something, but this year, they told us we would know in 3 weeks of their decision.

Did they make good on their promise of 4-6 weeks last year. It would be great to know so soon, just seems too quick to me.

Well, last year from the start, they told us they were backed up and not to expect to hear from them in awhile at least 4 weeks but probably more. For me, I heard back in a little bit over 6 1/2 weeks. It was a long wait, but it was well worth it because I was accepted and am here right now. Good luck!

When I was out here last year they said 6-8 weeks, and then they let me know 2 weeks later...go figure. I personally love it here and you can't beat the price!
