So they finally figured out that the (repeat) registered sex offender killed little Jessica in Florida. I am sickened that our society allows people with such strong criminal histories- especially those against children- back out into the community to commit such acts. Just wanted to see what my Peds friends think about this problem and what a solution might be. Obviously the registry did not STOP this from happening.
