Specifically looking for information regarding parking availability, cost, location, and commute to work.

There is parking right across the street from the hospital, it costs a very small amount and is taken directly from your paycheck (it's so little I'm not sure how much it is and I don't miss it). The garage is crowded but there is a free valet during busy hours when there are more cars than parking spots. There is also a train station across the street if you don't feel like driving. There are plenty of apartments with a short commute nearby (my commute is about a 10 minute drive) and residents can stay at their housing across the street.
