Choosing LOR for internal..?

So I've been told many programs have a 3 Letter limit and some programs require one of those letters to be from a Director.

I should be able to get 4 letters but was wondering how I should pick them i.e. based on strength vs specialty

1. Internal director - Director is required by the school to sit with each student individually for 30 min to get to know them and write a letter. So this probably would be my weakest in terms of content.

2. Internal med Doc - Should be somewhat strong

3. Surgery - Very strong

4. Family Med - Very strong

Any recommendations on how I should choose which LORs to submit for those programs that limit 3 LORS or the ones that require a director (which other 2)?

For those with director: director, surg, family med
Those without director: IM doc, surg, family med.

The thing is, theres no point in having a letter from your specialty if its going to be weak. Itll hurt more than itll help

Thanks! That's kinda what I was thinking at this point too

I figured I'd rather have stronger content than just a specialty figure
