What do you consider your "go to lens" on intial fits or CL wearers that present wanting a different lens (1st time seeing you)

Spherical: Acuvue Oaysis, or 02 optix (purevision is just too da*n stiff)

Toric: Ad. Adv. Astig.

Bifocal CL's: Softlens Multifocal

I haven't fit a whole lot of Proclears, does anyone use this a lot? And what have your results been with it for patient responses?

Its always nice when the rebate forms that CL companies provide allow a pt to get a portion of thier CL fitting back.

I usually use O2 (esp for kidsand new fits). They are easier to insert and lets face it...people abuse thier lenses. At least they have better )2 penetration with this.

AV Advance Torics are hit or miss. I do klike the high dk/t. I'm waiting for O2's toric. SL66 is about 95% success rate for me. I like the lens..but you have to stress NO SLEEP!

SL MF is a great lens too..it just works. Freq 55 MF is great too but more $$. SL is like the honda (workhorse), Freq in like the BMW (or whatever).

Proclear's and biomedic XC are fantastic...but I reserve them for problem patients. (you gotta have a plan B that works)
