i got the same thing today. bummer. i don't know what i could have done better- i put a lot of effort into my app and i thought it was good. I sent in my secondary in early march, and am getting the 'final decision' letter soon- they're being quick to reject me and it makes me wonder why they even asked me to fill out a secondary. what were they looking for in my essays that i didn't provide? grrr...so frustrating.
