Don't trust myself yet to make sure I watch all the videos in a timely fashion, and I kind of like hearing things multiple times, so it's nice sometimes going to lecture, and then re-watching bits of it.

Still experimenting with what, ultimately, works out best for me.

I admit that part of why I go to class is that I feel kind of bad for the lecturers.

I rarely go to class, I would hurt myself if I did that everyday. It's pretty much just PBL I go to.

I've gotten to the point I don't even listen to the lectures. They hand out really detailed note-packets and I just memorize them. 😳

haha I don't go to stats or biochem and I certainly don't feel bad about it... it's your general medical student empathy kicking in. I don't have it, and I'm not sure if/when I'll get lol

I haven't missed a single lecture yet, not out of guilt but it definitely helps me learn rather than just reading on my own.

On another note...I did not get a 100% on my last exam 😡😡😡

i guess it does not matter this quarter b/c you can only Pass or Fail...No honors...which I am cool with😀

Dude get that stick out of your ass, seriously...no one likes a prick.

Also the Wash U comment??? Seriously?? Just cause you have a 3.9/39 doesnt mean you cant communicate and carry on a normal conversation with patients. I also hate the people that try to bash another's institution when in fact it may all stem from jealousy of a previous rejection.

1. You do realize he wasn't being completely serious, yes? He's not completely lacking in empathy.

2. Wash U students are actually generally really nice people. Honestly, I thought the med students everywhere I interviewed were largely nice, rather well adjusted people. Yeah there's always a few people who are a bit off, but for the most part, they're good people.
 
I wasn't serious guys, chill out lol. I know a M1 and a MD/PhD in his PhD portion at WashU right now. They are both super cool people.
