I edited that post. I originally posted "Top!". The thing is my post was not on top.🙁

Don't be hatin on bowling now - bowling was my sport of choice as a kid 🙂

Bowling is fun, although when I go bowling it's usually more drinking than bowling.

Good luck.:luck:

Although I hate Mondays, Dad has some houses closing this week 🙂xf🙂 for the first time in a while. its been a few difficult months in this economy. So it should be a pretty good week 🙂

I was going to say that too. It was fun back then, but now its more a guys night out were everyone wants 200+ and a few beers.

Damn, you guys must be good. I only average 110-120 per game.

I'm not that good. That's why I said I enjoyed bowling as a kid. I am no longer able to keep up with everyone else.🙁

**** tomorrow is prez day...How did I forget...and how am I not drunk and passed out in a trench?

I usually get 180-220, most of the people I bowl with are better than I am. Alot of it's just practice.
Do you do that on regulation lanes? Regardless, that is awesome.

Thanks, I'm glad 2 know I'm not the only one prestudying haha. I think a little prestudying will help me feel caught up with all those bio/chem 4.0 undergrad folks if nothing else.

yep...I was a psyc major. So yeah...I'm pre studying, but only during spring semester. If I do look at an anatomy book it will only be out of interest and most likely related to my interest in lifting and the muscles involved in certain workouts!!!!

did you defer for a year or something?

hahaha...no...I did not apply last year as planned.

And I completed a postbacc at Penn...undergrad at Rice

I did not even apply to UPenn for med school even though that was the original reason why I decided to leave the west (read "BEST") coast...ha...and then I ended up not even applying to the school (did not apply to any Philly school for that matter...Lets just say Philly is not my cup of tea)

I have come to the realization that I have nothing in common with 5 year old little girls...

Hehe. 😀

Yeah, I can hardly remember that age...

, I would have never guessed.

First I tried to teach her how to play checkers, but I failed as she thought it was boring...

Then I gave her crayons and paper to draw with.

Then I made a whole slew of fortune tellers now she is playing with them...

Oh and for bowling, my highest score has been a 98😳

I think so, just the regular ones at the local bowling alleys.

I guess good is relative. I have a couple buddies who even at our drinking/bowling will crank out crazy scores, so I usually feel that I am mediocre.
I don't know. This seems an awful lot like golf. I don't care if you say otherwise but a 10 handicap is good even if his foursome consists of Woods, Michelson, Singh. Though the 10 is not better than Woods (obviously), he is better that most golfers.

Golf ,on the other hand, is what I truly suck at. I'm embarassed to even set foot on a gold course.

Put-put is fun though.
Taking huge divots and skulling are the most embarrassing things you can do on a golf course by far. Falling into the lake is probably the funniest.😀

Haha, that is incredibly cute. Man, your kids (should you decide to have them) are gonna be lucky, funky.

G'night crew! Take it easy.

Hey funky I was going to post this video before, but I forgot. The add reminded me that you'd love this

Like a personal tour? For an applicant to your undergrad? Interesting.
Yes, I'm supposed to take a student out for coffee so we can discuss the program. Then I may give the student a tour of the campus.

Interesting. I'm pretty sure that none of the schools I applied to were interested in giving that sort of personal attention. Are you an alumni of one of those special programs or something? I think that kids who graduated from certain magnet schools or Prep To Prep had that kind of network.

It is a tour for an applicant to the honors college. Generally, students don't get that type of attention, but the director of the program wants students to "Come to the H.C because it is a good fit for them, and not because they got rejected from Harvard"
