Thanks. I remember I was kind of a loner as a child and it sucked because no one would talk to me, so I do not want anyone else to feel that way.

good morning everyone!
I went to bed at 5am and for some reason am awake since 830am..... today may turn out interesting on so little sleep..

Aw yeah. Holidays where banks and post offices are closed (but I still have to go to work/school) are not my favorite 😉.

A really pretty side table thing for her new office... we had that big office makeover during the holidays, and she's just now fixing hers back up.

(We also got her a jelly-belly jelly bean jar and TONS of magazines when she left for her surgery)
 
nope just stayed up watching tv and movies with mr. ar. lol
i have no class until 1pm today but here i am, awake LOL

my parents called me this morning ... hey so what are you doing on your day off... i have school ... but even the stockmarkets closed ... i have school ... really?!!? .... why ... i have school ...

haha riceman, be fair! thanks guys for the support. the support last week helped me rock my exams. i got > 100% in one of them coz i got the bonus question and in my econ exam i got the second highest grade! i was kinda nervous for the econ exam because it is about economic thought and everyone has soo much to contribute in the class discussions i thought everyone but me already knew about all the economists. but yay 🙂 hopefully this weeks will go well too!

Is the general population starting to buy again or are the entrepreneurs with trying to cash in a cheap real estate?

Here it's actually the general population. Dad's company builds in a good price range for the general population of our area (170-250k most of the time) and as soon as things started settling down a bit, people started looking again.

It was a looooong few months though.

haha yeah my parents were the same way. yesterday when i was leaving my parent's house to head back into the city my dad kept asking me why Im leaving since I can just leave tomorrow.. sigh. i wish we had a day off

I'm glad to hear that. Too bad that the "experts" claim its going to be at least a year before things stop getting worse.
