Wow... so I went to the gym for an hour, then I ran three miles, and then I sprinted the 600 steps at Drake Stadium next to the track... I feel like Jello right now... but it feels good though...

I should finish breakfast soon so that I can go to lab and finish the Western Blot from h*ll... Oh. and the super awesome part is that I forgot to soak one of the membranes in methanol, so one of the gels did not transfer

That quota time thing makes me LOL.

Due to our admissions page on facebook, it isn't part of the quota time.

Any real estate/game/job search (career news, etc)/myspace/ and tons of other stuff is.

60 minutes of quota time per day.


Thankfully, they don't know about SDN. Probably when I leave they'll realize it and block it for everyone else...
