Drizz: quick question for you man!
So tomorrow a friend of mine wants to lift tomorrow...arms.....at 6 in the morning!
I was wondering if I would really be pushing it to lift again later in the day on my own (back & shoulders).
I normally would NEVER EVER do this, but I missed my workout today and it has been over a week since I have had a decent back and shoulder session.
Would me pursuing this particular two-a-day be more of a detriment than a benefit, especially since I would have already killed my bi's in the morning?
