well i sure like hell hope so! i am actually starting to hate weekends. i really wouldn't mind rejections but the wait is killing me!

And yeah, whats up with weekends? I wish I could work on weekends and be free to be psycho premed person on weekdays. SO much better.

Case in point: I'm currently lying in bed with my computer on my lap. 2 seconds ago, I got so riled up about med school stuff that I lifted my knees too quickly and threw my computer onto my head. My forehead is throbbing. I wish I didn't do THESE kinds of things.

Well, I'm headed home from vacation. Sad. A couple more days at the parents before I go back to school/work though.

On a more exciting note, my grandparents aee looking at buying a condo! 🙂

My week is going to go by slooooooooowly since I don't really have any work to do. Looks like I'm just going to be sitting on SDN most of the day...

Oops... I slept in today. 😳 By the time I get my shower, get dressed, drive down to work, and get some lunch, it will probably be like 1:00 pm. And I would have to leave early because I have to be somewhere tonight at 6:00... Looks like I'm not going to work today! At least it'll give me some time to work on these secondaries I still have. 😀

Gotta love flexible jobs like this!

Well, I usually get up at about 6:20 so I can get to work at 7:30, but I don't have a research subject this week. It's as close to a paid vacation as I'm going to get, but I still have to do mindless office junk (filing, data input, statistix, stuff like that).


It's not all roses and daisies over here.

Yeah, same here. I have to sit at work for 8 hours but I have no research patients so I'll be pretty bored. My boss is off somewhere too so I have no motivation to do any annoying busywork either...I guess I can work on my last essay-heavy secondary (Loyola).

It'd be nice not to have to go at all though! I can't drive, so I walk to work every day and it's 45 minutes each way, which is very very boring. If it weren't for the commute, it really would feel like paid vacation 90% of the time.

I would like some roses and daisies, and Chad, I am very very envious of your job.

Welcome back, gradu8! Glad to hear you had a great time on vacation.
 
Finally got to sleep in this morning myself. I'm still in pajamas and it is 12:30! 🙂

Have a hair appointment tomorrow, then it's home to run errands (GROCERY STORE!) and get ready for work. My job isn't quite as flexible as chads... hehe.

Hope everyone's Monday is going well!
 
Sigh....Sinai's still giving me the cold shoulder. 🙁 What do I need to do to get some attention?!?!?!
 
Maybe I'm just dumb, but I seriously don't get people's smiley choices like 50% of the time. 😉

Haha wow now I'm definitely wondering what the hell Sinai was thinking....I'm sure you'll all get it! Seriously. I'll be positively shocked if you don't. Same for Pitt, Raryn. You will all be alright. Wait until the Ivies start- you'll all be kicking serious booty.

And you won't even need to be poking someone's eyeball or punching people's faces. It's going to be oooooookkkkkk.


On the other hand, I'd like another interview, as greedy as that is. It'd be nice. Mostly I'm just a little bored.
