Yeah, it's embarassingly new. I may have said that we'll have been in a relationship 6 months by the time I make a decision about med school (like in May).

Yeah, I guess it's still about 2 months old. Maybe more like 2 and a half.

Yeah, I met my ex then. I was with him for a half a year in college when I realized that (1) I was not happy with him (2) I wasn't happy with the situation and the situation had no forseeable end. (My ex has been in Australia ever since the end of HS)

But I think he's different. Remember this is HIS first relationship. Not mine. I'm pretty sure he's different than any guy I've ever dated.

Well, 2+ months is maybe not long enough to make that determination 😳.

try him out. If it fits then great. if it doesn't then no harm no foul. You didn't get too invested & you can part amicably.

😀 Hehe, keep him in check 😉 He's a very good person. Just...his boyfriending skills need work, I think. Probably my girlfriending skills could use a tune-up, but I've asked him to let me know if there's anything I could/should be doing. Or anything I do that bothers him.

I have realized I am a serial dater. I haven't been single in over 6 years... maybe I like pain haha

I guess so.

I haven't really had a problem with him contacting/calling me except for this last week/week and a half -- the only problem is that the last week and a half is a HUGE chunk of a 2.5 month relationship.

We'll see what happens.

No, he's a sweetheart (when I get the chance to see him). He's generous. He's a smart guy. Most of the time.

I thought he really appreciated me. I still think he does but maybe he's just not good at showing it. Maybe.

I see the football talk will never cease. I feel like if I bothered to learn about the game it would help me win friends and influence people, but I just can't bring myself to care...

trust me no skills involved. Those 6 years weren't all with the same person. It just kind of turned out when I broke up with someone I would have someone else I was already talking to... weird

Same here... I would probably have more in common with my friends if I did... oh well, they all know I am an odd person, so meh...

By the way, the people who have not watched Grey's yet... it was meh, but it is like a part one of 2 episodes, since next week is a continuation of this weeks. I won't give it away since I hate it when people give away the endings... like what people did for Harry Potter 5, 6, and 7...

Ok way too many pages...I can't catch up. What is up?

I played 5 hours straight of basketball, my back is killing me, I can barely walk, and I got an interview invite to an amazing top 10 med school 😱 This is the best day ever.

this is going to sound messed up so I apologize ahead of time but since your bf is inexperienced in relationships you can really help mold him into an amazing bf - you just have to give a little guidance. I bet you dinner that he has no idea he is doing anything wrong.

Just gently ask him why he doesn't initiate any convos or suggest that you'd really like it if he called you once and awhile so you don't feel like you are chasing him. Let us know how it goes!
