**** happens mayne. Sometimes you have a bad game.It just happened to be at an inopportune time. Now if he consistently has performances like that in the playoffs year after year...then maybe you consider it.

Yeah... wow. Why do we even bother watching the regular season anymore? It always seems like everything we knew just goes right out the window when January rolls around (just look at the Giants' and Steelers' Super Bowls in the last few years).

Delhomme has always been mediocre at best though...Its just weve always had a kick ass defense and running game.

Yea i guess, but who are you going to replace him with? Thats the problem. do you just throw away a decent qb for a rookie qb who could be 10 times worse? Not everyone has a joe flacco-esque season. The niners will trade you Alex Smith if you want :laugh:

I'm really tempted to start a list now of "professional franchises that have absolutely no reason for existing." The Bobcats would be near the top, along with the OKC Thunder, KC Royals, and about half of the NHL.

This is probably the worst time to be a Seattle sports fan. The Seahawks are terrible, the Sonics don't exist anymore, and the Mariners are bottom-dwellers. At least the Panthers made it to the Playoffs and Pittsburgh has the Steelers to root for.

Oh agree 100%. Simmons had it right when he came up with the whole, "at least you don't live in Seattle" idea. As soon as the Thunder moved away from all of the history associated with the Sonics in Seattle, they ceased to have any reason for existing beyond being "Kevin Durant's future former team."

the Yankees are a completely separate issue. NYers were spoiled by them so yea we give em a hard time... but no one really has any high expectations for the Knicks... anymore 🙁

I'm pretty sure that the checklist to qualify for a "successful" Knicks season for most Knicks fans this year consisted of "Don't add payroll." The expectations for a team have never been lower.

hey hey he already apologized for that. He's still old school, but has learned you cant just drop your pants whenever you feel lik eit. We have moved past that. He did a lot for that team.


Haha i jus thad a convo with my dad about the "groin area." He said as a child he used to think that the goin was a muscle that attached from your leg to your testes, because people always say "you get hit/kicked in the groin" and he would always see people grabbing their balls in pain. :laugh::laugh:
