Though its stressful getting through a few dense pages, I do better in classes with that material. For some reason, my attention span has become progressively shorter , thus making it hard to study/sponge all the material in classes with too much material. I really need to start working on that, so that I can do well in August.
I love something with a good balance of protein, and dietary fibers; egg whites on wheat, or veggies/apples and??? Adding some sugar to your coffee might be a good idea as well. Though I find that too much coffee and (especially) too much sugar make me crash. Definitely avoid fatty foods.
