apart from 4 academic classes, i have 2 ballet classes so I have class everyday mon thru thurs. today, pointe was my first class of the day today and i put my leotard and tights on and just sat in my chair on SDN haah

I got my rejection on Wednesday! I think if they were rejecting you, yours would get there a lot faster!:laugh:
 
so quiet here tonight... i am finally catching up on the new season of LOST.
 
i also decided that I will not do any work tonight. im sure that is a decision i will regret but i felt so amazing after the gym today even though I felt like crap in the morning and the entire day before the gym.
 
i want financial aid from NYU!!!!! or at least some sort of correspondence from them would be nice... please?

yeah, UMC said if all our finaid stuff was in on time (by March 15) we could expect packages to arrive between mid-april and mid-may.
Mine was done before Feb 15, so can I have mine next month?? lol!.

I did get some more paperwork from them tho. I need to send some of it back
 
im up to episode 5 of LOST (of this season that is).
i just called my mom to chat for a bit and she made the cutest, most worried noise ever when i said that i strt in august, and then expressed such glee that i will be so much further downtown

Yeah, my free gym membership ended yesterday.

I guess I'll have to look into using my school's gym probably starting Saturday or so because this week is just too busy.

I like the ones I get from Chevy's (Mexican chain). Their margaritas are huge, so you definitely get your money's worth 😛

Their website says they exist in 15 states, but the one I usually go to is located right in the heart of Times Square.

For some reason I thought things were tough around here, but I stand corrected. SDN is by no means the least moderated forums, but it is not nearly as bad as word reference.

I'll that check out the chain next time I am in the area. Do their margaritas have a lot added to the brim of the glass?

I usually get salt-blended rims, but you don't have to if you don't want it.

Why is everyone in that thread assuming waitlists/rejections????

One of the schools I got into had been holding off for the longest time on accepting anyone. Finally, they sent out a round of calls, and I did not get one, so scarlet was quite sad 🙁...and then less than a week later there was another round of calls and I got one. It's not clear that calls are still going out in a regular way. So really, it's all a much bigger deal for you than it is for them so they feel no need to rush and notify everyone at once, and we already know that UCLA takes it's own sweet time in acting...
 
Does anyone know if will schools revoke an acceptance, after a write up. My roommate is insane and going over the top by throwing a kegger. I'm almost certain his extravanganza will be broken up and I am debating whether or not to stick around to watch that happen. 😱
 
Did anyone watch American Idol tonight? I'm happy with two of the people making it through, but there are several people I would have chosen over the person that got the third spot! 😡

Looks like I have to sleep on the couch tonight - I washed all my sheets, comforter, and mattress pad today, and apparently the comforter and mattress pad are supposed to drip dry. Well they're still not dry and it's after 1:30 am...

I stopped watching AI half way through the second season. Is it true they are showing more behind the scenes conflicts etc., while cutting out some of the less talented singers this year?
