Just got done with my phys quiz... got 90%, ugh, sucks after I spent two days studying for it haha

I'm so beat. Just got back from helping w/ our church high school retreat... trying to survive on 6.5 hours of sleep... for the weekend. Plus I have a test tomorrow in a class I'm hopelessly behind in so I won't be getting much sleep tonight, plus a cold front blew through last night while we were at the retreat and blew a bunch of crap into my system, so I couldn't probably sleep even if I tried.

Retreat was awesome though 🙂
 
I have a minor in gerontology from college... I think my geriatric days are primarily over...

I enjoy little people a lot more than big people.

But if I change my mind along the way, you guys can be the first to A) laugh, B) say "i told you so", and C)change my sn to olemissretireedoc or oldpeopledoc
 
Good news...i did really well on my lit mid term...so as long as I dont blow the final or make a C in Pchem, I should graduate summa cum laude.😀

Geez that sucks! But it didn't make a difference in terms of med school admission, so who cares 😛

It's impossible for me to get summa (or "highest honors") because it's a 3.97+. That's not happening.

damn....ours is 3.9 lol and we usually have 2-5% get it.

wow.. ours is 3.89... heh i think it changes every year. they want a certain percentage to get it so they average the past 3 years and figure the percentages out

I am gonna graduate magna... If I got a 4.0 in all the six quarters I was at UCLA, then I would have graduated summa, but alas, I screwed up spring quarter last year... oh well, magna is still nice🙂

The Fray is amazing. Definitely up there along with jack johnson, one of my personal favs.

Head hurts... Did a clean install of XP on a 6 yo laptop (p4, 2.0 ghz, 256mb of RAM) just now finishing up the SP2 update. My gf's laptop was stored for the last year but she didn't trust me enough to do a clean wipe.... I got sick of her using mine, so I backed up her files (not fun) on CD and did the install.

At the same time, I played around with Ubuntu and got that dual booting on my Vista HP my dad gave me after he won a prize in Atlantic City.

At least our Mac is no muss no fuss.

I really like Jack Johnson also... and the fact that Curious George the Movie had a lot of his songs didn't hurt either😀

I have ALL of the jack johnson albums on my ipod, including the curious george one. haha. Although one song I like from curious george was Upside Down. Great. Now it's playing in my head....

'Throw in an extra 256+ of RAM. The difference between 256 and 512 with XP is literally night and day.
