I am indeed talking about Baylor. Spurs pointed me in the right direction, I can forward it all to you if he hasn't already.

If I end up there, I will definitely be attending said party 😀

Shopping today ended with some navy shoes (yay, been looking for a decent pair), hair clips for the professional bun (aka I didn't have time to fix my hair) look, and cold sore medicine. fever blisters suck!!

Wouldn't say I'm a nondrinker, just that I don't care for 99.9% of all alcoholic drinks including pretty much everything students like to serve at drinking parties 😀 So yeah, I will probably not be the one chugging a bottle of Patron...

My day is good. just watching the ncaa tournament selection show. Chillaxin before my softball game. still in shock that I got accepted. Constantly reading my acceptance email. I printed it out and highlighted the parts that say congratulations. I got my amcas background check today and it hit me, this is real! I really got accepted! I cant believe this! LOL!

lol...only queers and steers come from texas, come on now. I really regret not applying to baylor and UTSW...I justdidnt feel like filling out a separate application atthe time.

Baylor is through AMCAS, otherwise I wouldn't have applied either. 😛 Path of least resistance FTW...

In retrospect I wish I'd appplied to UTSW, though.
 
Californians, apparently I am planning a trip to your sunny state. Any recommendations on what part would be the best to visit? I'm completely lost and your state is way too big.
 
So I think I just got one of the few positive responses to my posts on SDN. Some guy said, I make them laugh and they learn a great deal from my informative posts😉😉😉. Thats a first, usually I just get curse words and that DOquestions kid telling me to go sign up for econ 101.

Lucky...although i think with floridas new schools, they are definitely gonna be competing with Texas in the next few years. I cant really complain though, because UNC is cheap and a really good school.

Yes, Houston does have good food (I visited in 4th grade, about 12 years ago, and there was this awesome restaurant called Drouby's where I had a cornish hen stuffed with rice pilaf... it was really good, and I hope Dallas does also... And I have been linedancing since we had to learn it during PE... but this was in chicago though...:laugh:

Yes, you guys could have been my classmates, and then you would also have to pay even less tuition... I love the fact that all OOSers are ISers for tuition purposes😀
Although considering I got rejections from the schools you guys did apply to, maybe it is a good thing that you guys did not apply to UTSW:laugh:

First, Norcal or SoCal.... Berk may have better ideas for Norcal, but I can give you the Socal tips as well as a few NorCal tips...
