Bacchus, Counterstrike is old news. It's all about Oregon Trail now (I realize this game is even more ancient, but that's besides the point).
 
question for Drizz, RR, or SDN2013...So i realized im not getting enough protein, and im trying to put on a little muscle/cut...what protein do you recommend...100% whey protein or Whey protein Complex??

Whey Isolate is out of the question its like 3 times as expensive as the other 2.

Putting on muscle or cutting? I've always thought the ON 100% whey protein was a good bet, if not the best. It's got relatively few calories and carbohydrates but packs 24g of protein per scoop (and some of them are BCAAs, etc). So you can use that as a good protein supplement to whatever your normal daily intake is, without having to modify it much. Use that after you workout.

The complex sounds like its one of these sustained-release things - different kinds of proteins that get absorbed differently... those are good for right before bed, but on its own it's not that helpful, I'd go with the 100% whey protein as a post-workout shake.
