That's different, IMO. It's a privately owned (or is it publicly owned, technically?) company that should be allowed to do pretty much anything it wants with the things it owns (in this case, commercial air time). You are not entitled if the only way to get whatever you're after is by limiting somebody else's rights.
 
Teaching tonight was good. I've been making bank-ish this week with all the tutoring and teaching I'm doing. It's only Tuesday and I've prob. made almost $300. 🙂

Trying to keep up with this thread is insane. Six pages worth of posts in 24 hours. Not sure what I was expecting though lol.

But without actual access to the face, what do you punch? I guess you could always take a picture of your fist (plus a really angry face for extra effect), send it to them, and ask politely for them to apply it to their own face.

Also, a kid's mom called me today. I told her to have him contact me. I'm not setting this up through mommy.

I remember freshman year, a college kid's mom called our intro bio I prof in the middle of his office hours when probably 5-7 of us were all asking questions. Something about wanting to talk about how her kid was doing in the class, and we could tell she was saying something like, "It just seems like there should be some way to help out the students who are having a little more trouble," to which he had to stifle a chuckle as he replied, "Well actually I'm having my office hours right now and several students are here, but your son is not." :laugh:

I've had people in my class that are underage, like around 14-16 years old I'm guessing, so I could understand a parent being concerned, but your situation is just too much. :laugh:

Quick note before I go to 😴, today my saxophone lesson instructor compared senioritis to a gradual decrescendo to the niente of graduation day, where volume would represent effort put forth. This may have been a subtle suggestion to practice more... 😳

I'll compare it to the end vocal vibrato of an amazing metal note hit by an incredible metal singer. You have to finish strong, or else you just sound like a girl.
