I don't have any pics now. I got 1 bed/1 bath, but with a decent sized living room, kitchen, and a loft for $900/mo. Market in Houston would probably be closer to $1100-1200 🙂pics?
At least you have savings 🙂I invested about half of my savings today in mutual funds. Now, the market needs to stop going down.
If your time line is long (I'm assuming it is since that's what most mutual funds are for), it's not worth worrying about short term trends.I invested about half of my savings today in mutual funds. Now, the market needs to stop going down.

why does that sound expensive to me
I thought Texas was supposed to be cheap. Looks like I'm staying in OH for ever.
how do you have an income?I've already adapted to the cheapness here. rent+utilities+internet will run me ~$465/mo next year (700sqft). I'll probably cry when I move somewhere more expensive.
Doctoring in TX would be sweet though. low taxes=make it rain.
Starting in August 100% of my income is equity trading.

I did until very recently. and now I have my research income which is less than I've made per week in the last month 🙁, but still counts for something I guess.how do you have an income?
i think because of the current volatile market, i'm at cash now and will probably be going short term for a couple of months (diversified)
i need a side gig during med school. sperm donating or being a superhero
