Why is it that the only people looking to buy TBR MCAT books have <5 posts? I want to get rid of them (should have done it about 16 months ago), but I'm not going to make a deal with a stranger that isn't part of the SDN community.
 
I used to be such a gamer back in the day. The 14 year old version of myself would be very disappointed, lately.

if you don't have the straight cashh,
0% interest/introductory credit card - take out near the full amount of the med school loan, use your sub loan to pay back CC
 
you can also hire kids at $2/hr (lets say 2 kids) and have them do lawn work and you can charge the client $10
 
Apartment is basically locked up. I pay the deposit tomorrow and first month's rent on June 1st (1 week 😱). I can move in then.

I will be poor this summer because of this, but it's worth it. I never thought I would get to live on St Charles Ave before I was 50. :laugh:

random question for the blunder (or anyone else that knows)

my man said there is a school in chicago that is strictly for students who have failed out or been dismissed from another med school. sorta like a last ditch effort. he said its not available for regular admissions. I say he doesn't know what he's talkin about??

wow i have no clue. is it a SMP program?

for chicago stuff, Bender, FSAP or Kanye would be the best bet for knowledge

I have a friend in RFU though, so I'll talk to him and see if he knows (he just finished MS1 so idk if he would know)

Sounds made up. I also have quite a few friends who go to Chicago schools and none of them have ever mentioned anything like this.

And besides, if a school like this actually did exist in the states, why would anyone ever bother applying to Caribbean med schools?

Chase Freedom, Chase Slate with Blueprint, and Citi Platinum Select are three of the better cards I know of that are offering 0% intro APR right now. Not sure if any charge an annual fee. Note that I'm not actually advocating using CC float to buy things, especially since I didn't go back to see what you were trying to buy.

i don't think it does, plus the M17 is pretty outdated now, not really worth it even with the price drop.

i think most ppl who use the trade/jobs/etc. forums are newbies.

lol, i think i've played about half of it. I have to say I disagree with some of them tho, namely Starfox and Contra.

*shrug* Interesting, but it probably wouldn't have affected anything. Pierce was obviously going to just hold the ball until there was about 5 seconds on the clock and try and do his thing; the clock stopped before then, so I don't think it affected anything.

Plus, Boston was up 3-0. I don't think they needed any help 😉
