WC is off to a good start..South Korea won today and the boy is happy 🙂
and my BR order is here YAY!
What is everyone up to (besides talking about face tattoos that is)

Yesss! It gives it a light, creamy texture. Beat the eggs first, and then put little chunks of cream cheese into it.

Just got back from eating the best kabobs ever, and grocery shopping. Feeding oneself is expensive.
 
Here ya go met, a bump for you! Oh and Onyewu actually had a really solid game. Negated Crouch in the second, for sure. He's a beast. Passing and trapping were atrocious. We need to find some freakin' offense because today should have been a shutout.

Moving into Med School today! Yay! (even though i'll just be working and classes don't start for 2 months...)

haha I noticed that about a year ago.

I watched a House marathon yesterday. I hadn't seen that show in far too long.

FYI - your ulnar nerve innervates your little finger and half of your ring finger. That's why those go numb when you hit your funny bone. (because the ulnar nerve passes behind the medial epicondyle of the humerus).
 
I'm moved in!! can i put medical student now? should I wait till orientation?

Few things I forgot on my first trip that are kicking my ass right now (had to split up the move in two trips)...

pillow
surge protectors/extension cords
TV (didn't forget, just couldn't fit)
medicine

urrrgghhhhh. the pillow is huge. i may not be able to get it till next weekend.

Barely beat out bb this week. Came down to his last AB where Rios was intentionally walked when he just needed one hit. Ouch.
 
Damn, that table took me almost 2 hours to build. :laugh:

The apartment is finally complete. The finishing piece will be hanging up the St Charles streetcar painting over the sofa.
 
Bump before I go to sleep.

I've been kind of waking up at 6:30am every morning to turn the World Cup on while I spend the next 3 hours waking up. It's nice, but tiring.

I enjoy early morning labs for some reason. No one is there to bug me, I just go in, get my stuff done before my PI gets there and my PI is always busy, so I can harass him with results once he walks in.

I'm also starting 3rd rides today with my EMS company in about 9 hours and have class in 4 hours, yikes.

Well, enjoy your day.

I like to work in the morning also. I'm way more productive.

ive been waking up at 630 to watch world cup too except Im forgetting the whole go-back-to-bed thing. and i locked my keys in my car today. luckily im at work
 
went to the dr this morning-he's from germany and went to med school there...guess what he paid for school: 400 dollars a year! soooo jealous!!

ask him what the starting salary for german docs is...youd be elss jealous haha. But you gotta love other countries in europe who make med school free🙂.
