Maybe you could find something that claims to taste like Louisiana or southern food, but isn't the real thing. There's quite a difference.
I'm bringing a case of Tony's, Zatarain's crab cake mix, and Tabasco wherever I end up. Unless it's LSU, because then I won't need it.
Good idea. Does it piss you off when you see cajun restaurants elsewhere too? Like the one in the Houston airport just makes me so angry when I see the sign. You can't have good cajun food in an airport!!!
