I'm good. My journey is going. Currently at a stand still as I have no secondaries to fill out.
 
I only have Georgetown's essay left, but I'm plugging away at my previously written essays trying to spice them up and make them a little more memorable. The UCSD essay is beastly, and I can't get anyone to read it over for me because they see that it's four pages and just laugh.

I'm still waiting on UCSF to give me a secondary (doubting it) and Wake Forest (hopefully). I've removed both of those threads from my bookmarks simply because it's excruciating to read about other people getting them 🙁
 
im stuck trying to figure out whether i should pref TUH or WPH for Temple...i think its such bull theyre asking us to pick between these! like ftw

I honestly don't think it matters. Just pick one. Heck I don't even remember which one I chose. I just picked one, went to their site, got some info, and BSed it.:shrug:

haha its habit. some forums bleep out w-t-f so ive just been using ftw. i dont even know if thats the case here. dont care enough to find out. ftw is easy enough.

Sure. I just checked my response for Temple one, and I chose the main hospital. Wrote about more clinical opportunities and research being done there, and stuff like that.
 
I've actually eaten rabbit meat once. It's quite good, it's really soft, unlike beef or pork.
 
im not gonna lie, i'm sitting on: Yale, JHU, Duke, UCSD, UPenn, Brown, UCLA, UC Davis, Georgetown, and Temple. It's just too many essays to keep up with! Hoping to get a lot of em submitted this week

Beef can be very soft. Home-grown steer can produce tender roast meat that just falls apart... mmm. 😍

I'm not sure but I suppose I'm kind of a re-applicant since I submitted a primary last year? I only submitted it to one school though and didn't fill out any secondaries so I'm not sure if it counts haha

really, much of my interest is because i like a lot of their researchers in neuroscience - people I would like to work with. I've also heard they're pretty good with collaborative research, and combining different techniques (again, might just be in the labs i'm interested in - not sure). And on top of that, they are good at clinical research in their medical programs. Even their nursing research is good.

Sure-I submitted the primary while waiting on my MCAT score and after receiving my score (26 ugh!), I decided it would be better to take my time and retake this spring than try and rush into taking it again and risk doing poorly.

yes you figured out my real reason-i botched my mcat b/c i realized that the class of 2014 is much cooler than the class of 2013 and couldn't imagine applying with anyone but you!

You can't have a post with only capital letters. The code for 😀 is ": D" without the space. So that post would have only capitals. Thus, SDN changes the D to a d and ": d" is the code for :d.
