About the interview?

Lets just say I was told I could lick a solid mass one of my interviewers took out of his drawer. Turned out to be a VERY large kidney stone.

He was a very nice guy though, lol. It just took me off guard a little bit 🙂.

oh no, another one bites the dust. come on, 2014! if we all get banned they'll be no one but ksmi to hold down the fort! and you KNOW that won't be pretty :meanie:

i kid, i kid. anyway, i submitted penn and NYU, and immediately was notified i was complete at penn! hurrah! 3 more to do this weekend. then i stalk harvard until they send me a secondary.
 
I submitted eight secondaries today.

My wallet hurts. I need a drink.

yeah i just feel like i'm behind for some reason. i guess i didn't realize how hard it would be to do these with a full time job and a fellowship that has 2-3 nightly programs every week. while still trying to go to the gym every day, take dance classes, practice piano, go to a capella rehearsals, and do my part-time consulting work. i guess i also didn't realize how busy i am until i typed this out!
 
hey dw-do you know how to stop excel from showing number signs when I type in a date? It only happens under the hold category and over, does that mean they're hidden? Thanks! (dw was nice enough to share her spreadsheet with me but now I cant even figure out how to use it🙄)

yeah you just need to make the cells bigger. you can stretch them out manually by clicking and dragging on the lines between cells, or by double clicking on those lines to make it auto-fit.

EDIT:
**except, with the double clicking you have to do it in the header row (the one that says just A B C D etc). so you'd click on the line between A and B, for example

Haha. I know the feeling. I feel like that during the school year. That's why I'm doing nothing this summer. It's nice to be lazy.
 
Hmmm, I haven't had a real summer since the summer after 11th grade back in high school.

yeah, it's different after you graduate.

i'm used to feeling like this during school, but 9 to 5 usually feels more relaxed. i guess i had things under control until all the secondaries came pouring in... 🙄 but it's actually not so bad. i keep my weekends open to the extent that i can so that's when i write essays 😎

cool thanks! I'm such an idiot with technology sometimes haha. I was pretty proud of myself that I figured out how to outline all the cells in a black border lol😛

aw thanks that's so nice! I definitely will if I think of anything, but I actually think I'm pretty good to go for now. I've got it all filled in with my schools and it's completely up to date😳
