I did. But I was an ass mod then. JJ didn't become an ass mod until after he submitted so unless he can see into the future, I doubt it.

It's more fun that way. So in band we have graduate assistants that help out with stuff. They are kindly referred to as "grad asses" behind their backs. One day, I was talking to one and accidentally said something like "... the other grad asses..." Apparently, it's offensive. Oops. 😳

wow I picked a bad week to go on vacation. While away, I rec'd Tufts, NYMC, Penn State, UAMS, USC, and Wake. Add it to the 3 I still have on my plate and the result is a definite FML.

on a brighter note, LUNCH TIME!!!!😍 Do I do McDonalds, Chopt, or Baja Fresh?

is there a portal to check your app status w/ Pritzker?

My school doesn't release committee letters until mid-August so I'm not getting many complete letters 🙄. Maybe thats why I didn't know there was an online status site....

Ya there's an app status page...and I feel your pain, I am still waiting on one letter that's holding up my completion on some schools

Complete 7/21 (That's when my LORs were upped to AMCAS)

I think I was invited for an interview because I have a few ECs that are politically related to medicine, and I also spoke about that in my 2ndary.

i did the same...maybe they will invite me ahha...oh well its nice to know they are moving. Got another rejection today...it seems every day is a new rejection this is getting depressing lol🙁. gl at gw though!

I guess that's an awkward sentence but I was involved in student government at my undergrad, along with a committee that changed health care delivery at the school

Every time I refresh the UCSF thread, my heart sinks. I just want to call and ask them if they just forgot about me 🙁

Haha, wow that was fast... I sent an e-mail saying I could interview on the 11th, they haven't e-mailed me back to confirm or anything though

Why do I feel like every school I've applied to has been like "here gimme some monies and we'll think about maybe liking you" and then completely forgotten about me? 🙁

Me, too. It's hard seeing others get invites already, and I haven't gotten a single one. It's starting to take a toll on me. I want just one, just one, reminder they haven't forgotten about me.

same. everyone seems to get interviews, while i get rejections from boston...making me think my app sucks a lot more then ithought it did! Too much overthinking🙁
