yea its definitely a douchebag thing to do. but he took the bullet for my entertainment and i appreciate the 10 s of laughter i got from the usually horrid award ceremonies
 
i dont know man, i have seen him live. he will perform til he has no voice left anymore. he is consistently voted one of the top performers. everyone of his song has gone #1 this year. i think if you can get that many people to relate to you its amazing. especially with a dwindling market for music

I'm sure he can perform, and I'm not trying to debate your taste in music or artists, but when all you do is basically talk over computerized beats for only 3 minutes per song, I don't understand how you can lose your voice. He needs to try singing for a 3 hour concert with 7-8 minute long songs and numerous held high notes while playing guitar/other instrument. Then doing it again every other night for a year and a half on tour, and recording a perfectly performed DVD on your last tour stop.
 
i agree that he's not talented in the traditional sense but he supplies the demands of the contemporary market pretty well, which is his target group and in that group he is one of the top concert earners - including selling out madison garden three times in one week

theres no reason for him to act like a douche but i think thats just his personality or whatever. i dont really mind, im from nyc, i like whoever puts in work and pays his taxes to the state and government and creates jobs/entertains

Tom's gonna have a hard time topping Bree's performance today. Brees was just flat lights-out today.
 
yea i dont think he can top that. but brees went up against the Lions (who weren't THAT bad, but NO doesn't have a great d as well)

Yeah, but I do think NO's defense is way improved this year. Plus, if you think about it, the Lions scored a lot today because (1) crappy special teams (2) saints scored too quickly, so Lions had the ball a lot

Blue, I think Brees might challenge Brady's touchdown record this year and Marino's yardage record. He almost broke it last year, and would have if a receiver would have made the last catch of the season.

He might break Marino's record. But I don't think he'll break Brady's record. I just keep thinking he threw 6 TD's, but it's the Lions we're talking about here.
 
I've always loved Delhomme, local Louisianian, but he's done.
I was wishing NO would have run Aaron Brooks out for Delhomme, but in the long run I guess it worked out because we wouldn't have Brees now.
 
yea i remember that one good season aaron brooks had...

what team did brees play for before? the chargers? rivers/brees, thats a great qb controversy to have. too bad they haven't won with the talent that san diego has had

I don't think he's done yet. Remember they paid him $20 million guaranteed. That's too much money. But if he throws 4 INTs next game, then I think he's done.

I just churn out my canned and ready-to-go answers. IE) I love the diverse and the structued way you teach the curriculum, lectures, small group discussions, PBL, individual instruction. I want to take advantage of these different methods so I can learn as much as possible. I am enamored by the early clincal exposure that FIRST-YEAR students get at your school. I am impressed by your school's commitment to patient care and clinical opportunities for your students.
 
Funny VMAs. Although I actually agree with who Kanye thought should have won, that was not the right time to say it and ruin a moment for a young girl. Beyonce cleared things up later, which was very classy. My fav. moment was still a bloody Gaga, hanging herself on stage. Hilarious/Crazy/Weird/Amazing.
